What’s in the kit
A complete, portable breast health education set — planned to feel approachable, private, and premium.
A soft, curved chest-shaped cushion that includes the chest and underarms — so practice feels realistic and complete.
Clear visual guidance for Circle, Stripe, and Wedge patterns — including underarms.
“A guide to understanding your breast health” — warm, plain-language education to keep nearby.
A simple mirror for visual awareness as part of learning what’s normal for your body.
A soft velvet bag that stores the cushion — easy to tuck away at home or carry for class.
Calm colors, school-safe or gift-ready finishes — made to feel respectful, not clinical.
This is an education tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, screen, or treat any condition.
Two editions planned
Same purpose. Two thoughtfully different finishes planned — one for classrooms, one for home and gifting.
Planned with a smooth cushion with no nipples and no oils — designed for classrooms, health teachers, school nurses, and educators.
Planned with a warmer blush finish and a cushion that includes modest nipples. Will include clary sage and lavender essential oils (named only).
Practice patterns
Knowing your normal starts with gentle, consistent practice. Our planned card walks through three common patterns — always including the underarms — so you can learn what feels typical for your own body.
Small circular motions across the chest and underarms.
Vertical striping patterns for systematic coverage.
Wedge-shaped sections from the outer edge toward the center.
Educational guidance only. Learn what’s normal for you, and talk with a doctor about any changes you notice.

For schools & educators
The School Edition is being designed for health teachers, school nurses, and educators who want a respectful, hands-on way to teach body literacy — without oils, without clinical overtones, and without awkwardness.
